To provide an environment where children will develop independence and social competence that will aid in the transition to school.
Families and Communities
To recognise the importance of the family and to work with them in partnership. To encourage the sharing of information between staff, families and children. To facilitate a sense of community within the preschool.
Leadership and Management
To facilitate a service with good teaching practices, effective leadership, management systems, commitment and compliance with standards.
Health and Safety
To provide an environment where children’s health and safety is promoted and protected.
