Fees for 2019

As a community based preschool we are funded by the State Government under the Start Strong Funding model.

In line with the Start Strong government funding our fees have been reviewed for 2019:

4 year old children = $45.00 per day

3 year old children = $49.00 per day

Please note: Fee scales vary according to the funding received by the Department of Education and Communities.  If required, there may be changes to fees throughout the year. All excursions and/or visitors are included in our daily fee. When accepting a position at our preschool a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is payable. This deposit is deducted from the final fee payment when your child leaves preschool.

Fees are due in advance each term for all attendance days, including any public holidays, sick days, pupil free days or family holidays.  If you choose to withdraw your child from preschool throughout the year a 2 week written notice is requested and payment is required for two-weeks during the notice period.

All payments are to be made via direct deposit using your child’s full name as the payment reference. For EFT payments, our bank details can be found here.

Fee Assistance

Our preschool is registered with the Family Assistance Office and Fee Assistance is available to equity children from Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background and/or Low Income (Government Health Care Card Holders). Proof of low income will need to be provided for those applying.

We are registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) as a deductible gift recipient which means any donations over $2 made to our Building Fund are tax deductible. In Term 2 parents have the option of paying part of their preschool fees into the Building Fund. The amount can then be claimed on your tax – it is wise however to consult your Tax Agent prior to deciding to use this option. For EFT payments, our bank details can be found here.
